The Tank Safety System VARITOP® is built using a building-block construction. The construction begins with this piece, the central cross-piece. It is connected to the tank and is equipped with the reliable VARIVENT® flange connection to accomodate the cleaning devices. Also available are the connections for the insertion of the safety and vacuum valves, the bypass for the CIP / Gas management and the pressure sensor.
The Tank Safety System VARITOP® can be built onto either a. a tank, OR b. a central tank connection.

Options such as sight glasses, level electrodes etc. can be mounted onto the tank lid without any problems. With the central connection the safety valve is horizontal and arranged on the cross piece. The Tank Safety System VARITOP® is mounted with a central flange, the VARIVENT® plain flange, and the tank lid can be left out.
